Thanks Chris. Really interesting video. Especially interesting in terms of the level of automation - very little - in Magnepan manufacture. Some of the machine tools look like they could have been made at the turn of 20th century.

Look at the age of a lot of the employees. Probably a lot of experience there.

Look at the age of a lot of the employees. Probably a lot of experience there. Most definitely. Saw a video of the assembly process at Audio Research (also in Minnesota) and the employee demographics were similar. Do you think maybe ARC and Magnepan have an employee exchange program? |
