My thought as well. I suppose if you have to have the ne plus ultra in DACs it is worth the price. But the technology is changing too quickly in digital hardware for me to feel comfortable with that kind of outlay. |

I am very happy living in the 96K world with the BorderPatrole DAC and will purchase the 192k DAC Gary is working on when it comes out.
I am happy with Qobuz and my NAS full of redbook CD's

I am happy with Qobuz and my NAS full of redbook CD's And I, since I usually listen to records, am pretty happy with my Bluesound Node 2i's or the Oppo BDP-105D. My NAS also has a lot of Redbook CD's and many rips that I've made from records. |
