Just a note to say I have a number of new and exciting projects coming.
One is a very fun and I think cool DIY speaker project I have dreamed up. I am thinking of trying to create a video for our YouTube channel.
I ordered the Puffin Phono DSP preamp which I should receive today. I am very jazzed about the potential of this device.
I am also working on a new uber high quality all digital system that may involve DSP room correction as well using the very accurate RME ADI-2 DAC FS.
And, because I am nuts, I just acquired another VPI HW-19 turntable for another round of upgrades that I have been planning. This upgrade will feature motor mount dampening, spring replacements and other things I learned from my first HW-19 project (dchifigroup.proboards.com/thread/30/latest-project-hw-19). I will be also be installing The Wand Tonearm from New Zealand and a ZU Audio modified Dennon 103 cartridge. I can't wait to hear this combination.
Did you buy the Wand directly from N.Z? How long did it take to get a delivery?
Yes, I bought directly from the maker and it shipped from New Zealand. I've had it for almost a year. I originally intended to install on a different turntable but changed my mind so I needed yet another turntable (2nd HW-19) to put this together. I have all the parts for the HW-19 so this should go quickly.
